Terms and Conditions

Upon receipt of payment a booking is deemed to be confirmed and cannot be exchanged or refunded unless paragraph A applies. In supplying these tickets we have fulfilled our contract with you, a fee for our services has been added to the total price. Any purchase signifies acceptance of these conditions. Any discrepancies must be reported within 24 hours of receipt; otherwise ValenciaGrandPrix.Org may not be able to rectify any errors.

ValenciaGrandPrix.Org acts as agents only and on behalf of promoters, venues, transport, accommodation and other suppliers and as such cannot be held responsible for their failure to provide their services in part or whole.

Ticket Despatch

Most tickets are printed and released around 1-4 weeks before the actual event date. We always dispatch tickets as soon as we receive them, but there can sometimes a time delay between your order being placed and the receipt of your tickets. If you are buying tickets as a gift, please contact our us via email and will supply you with custom document that can easily fit into standard card envelope.

Cancellations

If an artist/venue/promoter/organiser cancels an event in part or whole, or reschedules dates ValenciaGrandPrix.Org would act as follows:

1. A full refund of all monies paid would be offered, less the service charge per ticket.
2. ValenciaGrandPrix.Org would transfer the booking to a new date subject to availability.

Bookings cannot be cancelled by the purchaser under any circumstances. However, ValenciaGrandPrix.Org will offer to re-sell tickets on the purchaser's behalf once all remaining tickets have been sold, in this instance tickets must be returned to the point of purchase with a covering letter of request. If ValenciaGrandPrix.Org subsequently re-sell these tickets a full refund, less service charge will be made.

ValenciaGrandPrix.Org endeavours to provide the best seating positions possible subject to when the order was taken. Tickets cannot be exchanged for alternatives, since allocations are made by promoters. Hotel bookings are subject to further conditions which should be clearly understood.

Hotels

ValenciaGrandPrix.Org reserves the right to change hotels if your first choice is not available to same standard hotel. Hotel Bookings cannot be cancelled unless rooms can be resold, a full refund will be given less booking fees.

Payment

The full amount due is payable at the time of booking. ValenciaGrandPrix.Org reserves the right to cancel any booking and be free to sell such tickets in circumstances where a credit card has not been authorised, a cheque has not been honoured or (if applicable) the terms of payment on any invoice have not been met.

Prices

All prices are subject to availability. All prices within this web site are correct at time of first publication, though ValenciaGrandPrix.Org reserve the right to alter prices at their discretion. Once payment has been received, no further charges will be made, with the exception of variations in VAT rates.

Complaints

All complaints should be In written notice must be received in Head Office within 14 days of the event.

Limitation of liability

ValenciaGrandPrix.Org acts only as agents and has no direct control over the quality of performances or the non-appearances of certain performers. Similarly, ValenciaGrandPrix.Org cannot accept liability for any injury, loss, delay, inconvenience or irregularity beyond its control. Although we,our suppliers and associates endeavour to perform all parts of the agreement fully we cannot be held responsible or liable for circumstances where performance of this agreement is prevented by reasons of war, threat of war. riot, civil strife, industrial dispute, terrorist activity, natural or man-made disaster, fire, or adverse weather conditions or other such circumstance beyond its control. In any event ValenciaGrandPrix.Org liability is limited to the package price per person.

Happy Zona Ltd reserve the right to change a requested grandstand to an equivalent grandstand within the same band.

Governing Law
